Mr. Gregory Clarkes
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Clarkes is a financier with over 30 years experience in raising capital for private and public companies in the resource, industrial, entertainment and technology sectors. He has been a major shareholder, as well as an officer and director, of many companies and has been instrumental in helping them formulate business plans and strategies resulting in successful utilization of their financial resources. He was the founder, director, and significant shareholder of Skye Resources Inc., which was sold to HudBayMinerals Inc. in 2008 for $460 million.
Mr. George Davidson
Mr. Davidson studied civil engineering at the University of Western Ontario prior to a 35 year work career which includes extensive experience in major construction projects as a site engineer, estimator, project manager and president in both Canadian and North African multi-million dollar projects. More recently, following obtaining his MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, Mr. Davidson has been involved as Vice President Operations for a major North American supply chain company; has led the mergers and acquisitions groups for both private and public companies; and has headed business development groups in multi-million dollar commercial and industrial construction projects from land acquisition, through project planning, engineering design and implementation, with specific emphasis on oil re-refining and product enhancement projects.
Mr. Angelo Battiston
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Battiston is a highly effective technical leader with over 25 years’ experience leading large and small multidisciplinary teams. He has held numerous executive leadership appointments in the Canadian Army, including Commanding Officer roles for support organizations dealing with complex and diverse logistical mandates, and Canadian Liaison Officer to the US Army, facilitating high level communications between the two nation’s defense science, engineering, testing and technology communities. Recently, Mr. Battiston has been leading engineering project teams in the oil and gas industry as a senior project manager with Stantec Consulting. He has led over a dozen full engineering, procurement, and construction management projects. These complex oil and gas facility projects all had very aggressive schedules and were dependent on the timely procurement and delivery of long lead specialized equipment.
Mr. Keith Driver
Mr. Driver has served in leadership positions in several environmental technology companies over the past 15 yrs. His experience includes senior environmental, marketing, technical and management roles, focused on emerging products or technologies. Many of these opportunities have focused on developing first-of-its-kind facilities for processing undervalued feedstocks and marketing the end-products.Keith holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in environmental engineering from the University of Guelph and an MBA from the University of Calgary.
Mr. Zac Moore
Mr. Moore received a civil engineering degree from the University of Western Ontario and has since gained experience in structural design, and construction project management working for a premier contractor in the energy sector. He has spent considerable time working on remote sites in the Canadian oil sands constructing and commissioning billion-dollar facilities for world-class oil producers. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).
Mr. Denis Dionne
Mr. Dionne is a chemical engineer with over 28 years of practice as the Process Head Manager, Major Projects for SNC Lavalin, The Technical Director, Process for Tetra Tech Industries and more recently as the Director of the Industrial Division for WSP Canada. Denis has extensive refining experience on several projects for both the Valero and Suncor refineries, as well as numerous petrochemical, energy, mining and metals projects. Denis has coordinated process engineering deliverables and has led business development groups for projects of more than $1B.
